Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the website https://coyonic.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

Placing an order implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms without reservation.

The company COYONIC designs, publishes, and sells products mainly intended for horses and riders through the Website.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However, photographs, texts, and visual representations are not contractually binding.

Some products may be personalized (including embroidered halters or customized equipment). Specific features are described on the product pages.

COYONIC reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.

The applicable VAT rate is the one in force at the time of the order.

Shipping costs are indicated to the Customer before final confirmation of the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

COYONIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products invoiced based on the prices applicable at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • select products and add them to the cart;

  • review the order summary;

  • provide the requested information;

  • accept these Terms and Conditions;

  • proceed with secure payment.

The sale is considered final once payment has been validated by the payment provider and the confirmation email has been sent.

COYONIC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspicion of fraud, or abnormal request.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, including for personalized products.

Accepted payment methods are indicated on the Website and may include:

  • Credit card (via Shopify Payments / Stripe or equivalent)

  • PayPal

Transactions are secured by payment providers.
COYONIC never has access to the Customer’s banking information.

In the event of a payment issue or suspected fraud, the order may be suspended or canceled.

7. Production and Delivery

7.1 Production Time

For personalized products, an estimated production time of approximately 15 business days may be added to preparation and delivery times.

This timeframe is indicated on the relevant product pages.

7.2 Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

Risk is transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the package.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package and report any damage to the carrier if necessary.

8. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of COYONIC until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with French consumer law, consumer Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the product.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to products that are:

  • personalized

  • made according to the Customer’s specifications

Full return and refund conditions are detailed in the “Return and Refund Policy” available on the Website.

In case of contradiction, this policy shall prevail regarding practical return procedures.

10. Legal Guarantees

COYONIC is bound by:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity

  • the guarantee against hidden defects

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge after attempting an amicable resolution.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of COYONIC.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for order processing, invoicing, and customer service.

14. Force Majeure

COYONIC shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by French law.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
