At Coyonic, we do everything possible to ship your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality, especially for personalized items.


1. Order Processing Times

Non-customized orders

Orders that do not include embroidered or personalized items are shipped within 48 business hours, calculated from the next business day after the order is placed.


Personalized orders (embroidery)

For embroidered items, a specific processing time applies:

➡️ Up to 15 business days may be required before the order is shipped.

This time allows us to carefully prepare and complete each personalized item.


2. Delivery Times by Shipping Method (France)

Relay Point Delivery – Mainland France

➡️ 3 to 5 business days after shipment


Colissimo Delivery – Mainland France

➡️ 2 to 5 business days after shipment


Express Delivery

➡️ Up to 2 business days after shipment


3. Delivery within Europe

For European countries, delivery usually takes:

➡️ Up to 7 business days after shipment


4. Delivery outside the European Union

For certain non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom), additional time may be required.

Indeed, shipping preparation may involve customs and export documentation, which can increase the processing time before shipment.

The delivery times provided are indicative and may vary depending on circumstances such as:

  • peak periods

  • weather conditions

  • transport delays

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
